I am curious: have you actually sat down with the new management team and asked them about their philosophy? Their plans or ideas? I'm sure they would appreciate the opportunity. The simple fact is this: winning and success is about attitude. I believe the new management team will start with the basics, that is, a little pride. I would like to suggest that Mr. Ross Coates and his new team of support people will bring a breath of fresh air to the direction of the club. I wish them luck.
