Re: churchill

hello all, I've been following senior hockey since the most recent version of the caribous joined the WCSHL, and in that short amount of time, I've had the pleasure of watching some down-right dandy hockey players. Keith Delaney, Andrew Sweetland, Mark Robinson, Marty Lapointe are just a random samp...

Congrats Barry

I am a daily reader of this site, but seldom do I post - the last time I posted on "Award Predictions", somebody hijacked the thread. This morning, though, I read through four different threads and none of them were hijacked or full of crap - obviously the bans recently implemented have made a diffe...

Question on awards....

Hello all, There was an interesting thread started regarding awards, and I began to wonder about this league.....is this league a "brand new" league with no history, or a reincarnation of the old league (remember Bill Riley on the St. John's Caps?)? I ask because I'm wondering what awards the "old" ...

Eastlink showing game Thursday Night

Hello all,

Just a reminder that Eastlink will be showing the Bous/Wings game from Sunday past on Thursday night (January 13) at 8:00 pm. Again, just a one camera set-up, no interviews or any extras - to be shown province wide, I believe.

See ya at the rink!

Re: Eastlink TV showing Bous and Wings

Hi there, Sorry for the late reply. To the best of my knowledge, the only way you'd see this particular game is if somebody taped it for you. We do a taping which is then shown on the local cable channel that serves the Clarenville Area - sometimes, though, Eastlink will run it province wide in all ...

Eastlink TV showing Bous and Wings

Hello all, Just letting bloggers know that Eastlink TV is showing Saturday's game between the Bous and Wings on their local channel tonight at 8:00 pm. The highlight of the night, I think, was the shootout at the end. This game is going to be shown province-wide, but only in places serviced by Eastl...

Herder Game 5 TONIGHT!

Hello all,

Just a reminder that tonight at 8:00 pm, Eastlink tv will be broadcasting Game #5 of the Herder final between the CeeBees and the Caribous. Great performance by Ryan Lauzon in this one - and a dandy goal by Mark Tobin as well. Interviews after the game.

See ya ta the rink!

Re: Games 3,4 and 5, on eastlink

Hello there, Yes, all three games from Mile One Center are going to be shown. Tonight (Wednesday) game #4 will be shown - this one ended in dramatic fashion (First Dyke hits post in OT, followed by Crann scoring after Kent's breakaway). Game time is at 8:00 pm. With the game going more than half of ...
