Re: AESHL

Caribous delaying their decision. This is only going to add to confusion should their league not move forward this season. Their decision should have been made tonight as indicated BUT CBC Here and Now had a lead since they indicated decision will come down Friday. That leaves AESHL little time to ...

Re: Draft order

ddraft looks like its complete now......thoughts???? Chris Sparkes was the only name that was familiar to me, a long-term Ceebee who I believe was drafted by Torbay just so the CeeBees wouldn't get a chance to take him. Seems like a petty move to me. Other than the fact it was obviously an opportun...

Leafs and Kings Deadlocked At 1

The St. John's Maple Leafs and Western Kings split the first two games of the Provincial Major Midget Championship Series this past weekend at the Glacier in Mount Pearl. The Kings opened the best-of-seven final with a 6-3 win over the Leafs Saturday night. Brandon Sexton had a two-goal game for the...

Re: Eagles beat Bell Island 7-3

Nothing against the people or the town of Bell Island, but I firmly believe that players just don't want to go there to play games. If you moved the team to Paradise or maybe even CBS, you may see the Blues attract more and better players and they could be a contending team.

Re: AESHL SCHEDULE/WEBSITE

I sent an email to the league offering my assistance, but never got a reply. Obviously they either don't care, or are extremely busy.

Re: Southern Shore

Never had great numbers wherever he went. Granted at that age group, there's always a lot of shots and goals.

Re: Schedule

Thanks chester. I was thinking the same thing Prof. I was on the Junior site yesterday and figured they'd do a good job on the AESHL. I know it may be a bit tedious of a job to do trying to clean it all up first though. Although, I'd offer my hand at it as well. I'm doing a couple different ones now...

Schedule

Does anyone have a schedule, or at least know of the games this coming weekend? The League site is never updated properly, and I can't find one online anywhere.
