The St. John's Telegram has named Southern Shore Breakers goaltender Ben Goss as it's Athlete of the Week. Gosse who was the MVP in the AESHL final series against the Torbay Eagles is six foot six and lives in Mount Pearl. He is a full time student at Memorial University and is going to Brock University to study Sports Management.
I think the Torbay Eagles and the Caps hope he goes soon. He was great in the playoffs.

Congrats to Ben! He played great all year but really stepped it up in the playoffs. I certainly hope he's around next year but best of luck if his schooling takes him elsewhere.
