Hockey eyes are you planning to come west of the overpass next weekend to join into the standing 0 that Short gets when he returns to the ice. The score tonight was 9-2 Cats. It will be much worst than that next weekend is my guess. It is really too bad that the Herder has been brought down to this level by HNL.
Also why is the Herder not being played at Mile One, after all HNL downgraded it to a best of five series the least they could have done is had it played at Mile One, to showcase the league.

Thanks BJ. I don't think I'm going Monday .That Goulds rink isn't user friendly.
The game tonight was an Eagles game. They were allowed to skate and outshot the Caps by a wide margin. no " jump" to St. John's tonight . Druken took 3 penalties . One with the goalie out . Another one was when he knocked down an Eagles forward in front of the net after a whistle . It wasn't a hard hit or anything but the refs call that ALL the time now . Large large crowd tonight but ...not all paying customers. Last week the place looked almost full to me but the " gate" was 580.
Eagles gave up two with a defenceman being beaten to the outside . They need to fix that for the Herder .( if they make it ) . The word is they would pick up Slaney and Parfrey and Boland. That may be all they will take. They feel an obligation to their players.
Herder tickets go on sale tomorrow at noon. Reserved 20 bucks . Standing 18 .
