It was a good game into the third period but the better team won. he Eagles stayed with the Caps for a couple of periods. It was 2-1 after two. They tied it in the third but .... the roof fell in . 3-2,
4-2 and ,5-2 and then I went home to get ahead of the traffic of which there was none. I am told Mooney is no longer playing with the Eagles.
Nice game but the close score didn't really reflect the game.. The Eagles have trouble moving the puck. They lost almost all the races to loose pucks.
The Caps will be tough in the Herder. The three eastern games by the way will be played at Jack Byrne no matter who wins.. That's a good move. . It is a nice rink.
By the way I didn;t win the fifty fifty... .
