Kudos to the Shore for keeping this close first of all. But this was all Caps for the majority of the game, look to see them take the series Sunday night up the Shore.
The Shore are like the Leafs in my opinion, up 2 goals in a pivotal game 5 and let it slip away, brutal. This is the 4th year in a row they lost a game five that could have put them in command of a series, can’t get it done.

Pender with the winner, his second of the night. Far and away the best player on the ice tonight and best d-man playing senior hockey on the island this year.
Caps play with energy up and down the line up and don’t give up, what a display tonight. Going to be great to see them win the series and league Sunday night!

Thanks for the posts 29. I know it isn't easy to watch a game and post at the same time but it is a service to fans who aren't at the game. Thanks again ....Good luck to the Caps ...and or the Breakers ...in the Herder. I hope the Cup stays in the east.

No problem Hockey Eyes! It was a great game by the Caps, surprisingly got down early but dominated the rest of the way. This series will be over Sunday night. I personally think this Caps team has what it takes to defend the Herder for the East. The Herder will look great inside the overpass for a change!Hockey Eyes wrote: ↑Fri Mar 30, 2018 11:58 pmThanks for the posts 29. I think I’m going to make the trek up the Shore to see them win the series too so I’ll be able to update game six as well!

For those visitors to the East side of NLhockeytalk, please do not read into a single thing hockeyfan29 posts. I was at this game as well and outside of the goal scorers, there wasnt one thing true that he posted. Roger Pender wouldn’t tie Brandon Roach’s skates
