Surprise surprise. The St. Johns Caps have taken a two to nothing series lead in their series with the Torbay Rona Eagles. ( Northeast is their real name). The Caps got an overtime goal for a 4-3 decision over the Caps. It was a comeback win over the team that had dominated regular season play but now finds itself down 2-0 in the best of seven . Games three is Friday night at Jack Byrne . I'll be there. A bit of an " edge" between the two teams.

Nice to see the AESHL implement the 2 ref system for the remainder of the playoffs, after that debacle Sunday evening...and that's all I'll say about that!
