Dave Hodge believes leagues and Disciplinary Committees should listen to the refs who actually call the game. He's right. Maybe the CWSHL and HNL should listen to him.

How so? He's suggesting referees be allowed to officiate the games as opposed to committees who are removed from the action. Not sure how that is like "putting the fox in the hen house".
