The "road" games were better for the Flyers in the first half than "home" games...
The Flyers need to win NOW and maybe it will be good karma that they open up the second half on the "road". Will it finally all come together for the Flyers in Clarenville - beginning this Saturday, Jan.7th?
The Bous have been 'gelling'; but with their coaching change and noticeable better offensive outputs the Flyers definitely have a roster of players that can turn their season around quickly.... Can the Bous players and home fans make enough push back to stop the Flyers this weekend ?
This Saturday's second half opener will be the big 'test' for the Flyers!!
Can the Flyers 'get it together' - beginning NOW?

What, the media / Cats webcast blackout didn't generate interest ?? Go figure Well, maybe for 2017, they should try to stop any other type of advertising or promoting of their team / league. Maybe they can get rid of the game day programs too !!!

With all that is on the line for the Flyers as they start the second half, I expect Gander to pull off a big win on Saturday night in Clarenville. Just looking at their roster they have all they need to break out -
1.Brandon Hynes was the leading goal scorer in the League last season, and he has magic in those hands.
2.Andrew Ryan is on the cusp, now averaging over a point a game - just a fraction behind the top three scorers.
3.Jordon Escott is always at the top in the League - also now averaging a point a game.
4.Ryan Watson was among the top six scorers in the League last season - he is only just starting.
5. Tyler Carroll is a pro just ready to 'take off'.
6. Cheverie is also a pro who will prove his value , as the offence finally takes flight - excuse the pun.
And, then there are the veteran skill-sets on defence -and lots of grit among some of this year's forwards still ready to impact outcomes!
