The Cataracts are a model organization from its grassroots thru to the present. Great to see them win the prestigious Allan Cup.

It's a hard tournament to win! You definitely need the right pickups and they did. Congrats to everyone involved!!

You would know CI. A lot of things have to come together to even qualify to participate in this tournament, let alone win it. Likewise I would also like to congratulate the Cats organization on this monumental achievement.

Maybe the best all time senior hockey organization in the province. 14 Herders and now an Allan Cup, who is better? I know the Royals and Caribous won the Allan Cup but not close to GFW for Herders. Just saying.

if you're going to compare like that.. you gotta compare teams with the similar histories.... cats have been around for a long time .. playing provincially .. for the herder.. etc..... bous have only been around for 10 years (in the current format)... .. that or take the total years of play and toss out the championships (ie bous have played 10 years, won 3 herders and an allan cup)..

my opinion anyway...

congrats to cataracts.. good to see Allan coming back to the Rock
