1-0 cats after one, Gill with the goal. Shots favour the cats 17-11, tyler whiffen coming up big with the help of a couple of lucky bounces and posts, cats have had some great looks.
First period had a very good pace to it with some good hits, very entertaining.

Tyler made this game a much closer game then it should have been. Bous will make the mistake of using Churchill tomorrow but that will be good for the Cats. The refs tonight let the teams decide who won the game tonight not like the BS of last Saturday night. Bous have no power play unless it is 5 on 3. Hope the Bous don't run out of money to pay their players now with the extra weekend. Cats in 6 next Saturday night at the Joe if the Bous play Churchill.

The ceebees chase the ace provided a lot of money for them to play with. Rumor has it they gave the bous a fairly big chunk of that to get through the season. So you'll see the delaneys there next weekend too.

Have you got a problem with that Evan . Someone said that it was a good game played at the joe last night perhaps if what you say didn't happen you might not have seen a good game last night .All is well here with the bous with what the CB's and the town of Clarenville gave to them they are ready to go o yes and a great donation by an anonymous donor . Who knows perhaps the east and west will play off for the Herder next year,(bous and cats )

Any word on Ryan Delaney? He left last nights game.
Also Ball last nights game was a good one. Little intensity, some hitting, good playoff hockey. Bous goal that was called off was definitely a good goal from my point of view tho.

The call on the ice was the right call. It was a high stick. It was great to have some qualified refs on the ice last night. However I can't say the same for the linesmen, they were not in the game at all. Hope the refs let the teams play as well this afternoon.

There will be four leagues next year. The Avalon League, what ever they come up with for the New Avalon East team with your Bous and Bous financers Cee Bees. The West Coast league and the new Central league which will include Grand Falls, Gander, Twillingate, Lewisporte and Sprindale.canonball wrote: ↑Sun Feb 25, 2018 9:06 amHave you got a problem with that Evan . It is all in the works, my guess will be that HNL will somehow stop the Central and West unpaid leagues from playng for the Herder though.

Fries I was directly behind the net, that was 100% not a high stick. I will agree that the linesman did let a lot of icings go both ways. Seems the refs let a lot go too, but both ways, So it’s all good.
