Since 2001
Am I correct in saying since 2001 from this league and the West prior, the only champions have been Corner Brook, Deer Lake, Grand Fall-Windsor and Clarenville excluding that year CeeBees/Pearl played in that Provincial League and CeeBees won?

I'm assuming you're talking about the Herder... CeeBees won last year.. (the whole puck under the net situation)

Didn't the Ceebees win the herder a few years ago when they barely made the playoffs?

Just looking at the list of Herder winners and since 2006 only 3 teams have won the championship.
Cats, Caribous, and Ceebees. That is a long run without someone other than the big 3 winning
