Bous were stronger....First goal hit an officials skate on the way in over the blueline... but .... that's hockey ...The result wasn't unfair ....thanks CCFAN for the updates ....
We will see what happens tomorrow . Caps gave up four goals . That means they needed five to win ... that's not going to happen. They need a two to one game or three to two.

A couple of weak penalty calls against the Caps. Can't believe all the empty seats.

Downer looks awsome, should be 2-0 Bous, both Caps goals should not have happened.

I would say that this was the biggest crowd at a game this year

If that's the case there must have been a few hundred with paid ticjets that stayed home. There was barely an empty seat when the Bous and Flyers played during the playoffs and that was clearly not the case last night nor was the standing area near as crowded. Good crowd, don't get me wrong but not thr same amount of people in the building.

Decent game of hockey as I expected, Bous are strong. It will be interesting to see how Desrosrier will respond after being knocked down on home ice before the puck was dropped by Druken. Druken didn't like Rosies stickwork before that, Druken might be tough but Rosie ain't no slouch either.

Who will be in net today for both clubs? Was Downer really hurt or looking for the penalty? Tyler made a few decent saves but again struggled with rebound control. Pender ( Justin) likes to hit buy doesn't like to get hit, I'm thinking him and Pitcher will have a chat today.

Naw ..my son is home for a special occasion ....wife would kill me if I went off to the Herder. I have a couple of mates who went out though. I did see the came on computer but i was sneaking looks while in a conversation. If the Eagles were in it .... I would have taken my son and the wife to Clarenville ... ..

Titan someone said that it was around 1700 fans there last night ,not too sure of that but it was a nice turnout . Don't expect the same for today ,too bad
