What is the shape of a hockey puck?: triangle

Wed Nov 07, 2018 9:11 pm

The puck drops at 7 at the Conception Bay South Stadium Saturday night as the Blues who are 2 and 0 so far on the season host the Clarenville Caribous. This is the new look Caribous in the eastern division of the league and a lot of questions will be answered Saturday night. How will the Blues compete against the Bous who are stepping down into the east coast league? Conception Bay has won its first two games of the still young season but they haven't really met a team like Clarenville. . Who plays with the amateur Bous these days? I don't have the answers to those questions and I can't even promise a good game but I want to see what is going on. I expect a nice turnout of Blues fans and I expect the Caribous will bring some of their own fans.
Ivan Hapgood takes it seriously . Last weekend he attended the Blues game to have a look.
The rink is great. The coffee is hot. you can walk a full circle around the top of the rink AND ...the Blues are big and they try hard. Come and have a look AND ....Welcome Clarenville!!!!!!.

It's the real world up the bay. This year it's us, next year it's everyone. Only 2 people knows for sure, the player and myself, you won't believe the truth anyway so I won't bother telling you. I'm just glad we still got hockey and if your a True hockey fan, you should be too.

Interesting. At a funeral home no less than 10 days ago, Keith was telling people he was done with Senior Hockey. Perhaps alittle rec league hockey at the Bay Arena he said.

.........nothing wrong with paying players ivan, if I was good enough to play senior hockey I likely wouldn't play either unless I was getting something for giving up my weekends and risk getting hurt....it just poisons me that other teams in the east won't be truthful and admit they are paying players as well and they accused the ceebees of paying players two years ago and kicked them out when they were doing the same thing
