I'm going to assume nothing is definite until the teams make an official announcement themselves. Last statement from Cats and Flyers day their still working on it.

The ECSHL just posted on Facebook the deadline to enter their draft is tonight.

If it’s true about the Cats and Flyers being out this timing seems to line up well... seems like there’s some movement happening today.
