I hope it's nothing serious just for his sake. What really pi$$es me off is the fact that other players try to hurt him. I pay my money to watch the best hockey we can get around here and it irks me to see talented players targeted for destruction. If Marty decided to not to return to this crap I'd say "I wouldn't blame ya" and thanks for the memories. He like most of the players in this league have real jobs they have to report for on Monday mornings. This guy is an integral part of the Cataracts Herder Trophy hopes and every team in this league knows it and if they can keep him off the ice (by whatever means nessessary) then they have a better chance of winning. It's sad, really, but despite all the talent this league has managed to deliver they have also attracted the lesser elements. Goons, headhunters, cheapshot artists, rebels without a clue. For all the good things that have been done there has been an equalizing negatives. Good players like Penney don't have to do things like this, morons like the Langdons feel obligated to do so. Dedicated hockey people have iced a good product, but do we need to bring in people who try to put this good product on ice!
If at first you don't succeed....PUCKIT!

You really are a tool aren't you? Lapointe gets injured on a dirty play and you seem to think it's some type of joke? Why don't you grow up.Champ wrote:He'll shake it off, he's a big boy.catsfan200 wrote:They never said but he isn't injuried that bad I was told. Hopefully the person who told me is correct.
