well sources have told me if true i dont know
but several wings players were no show
at the practice they had at for games tonight
missing many of the wings mighty might

news just in the wings will have another short bench tonight
some players have indicated work commitments but it looks like 15 players tonight

sources have said coach and management are not happy

Buddy whos missing? Wouldnt be by chance some players from out East that will be driving 1 1/2 to the rink in clarenvile would it instead of flying to deer lake to drive across the island?

I'm hearing only 19 players are on the roster, and that includes the 2 goalies.

If W.I. was indicating a "short bench" that would mean only 17 players for regualr shifts.

So all it would take is 2 of those 17 not to show for whatever reason.

Tommy the Wings are done. Accept it like every other fan has to do. They never had players willing to commit from the start and now they are slowly leaving the team one by one. Too bad because this would have been a great team if all the players commited from start to finish.

its not all about signing the start players for one year .. you gotta have players signed that are committed to the team and where the team is heading.. prime excample is with the cats organization.. they are signing good young talent that are there to make the team better and hopefuly win a championship real soon ...
