The western royals have relieved head coach ben fitzgerald of his duties, ed kearsey will be taking over as the bench boss, also the team has released nathan welton and have resigned import defenceman brad woods

I said at the start of the season that Welton would not make it after seeing him play in Mt. Pearl last year. Some of these changes will help but still weak on D IMO.

Probably because he isnt Very good. If this is the same guy who played with the Fog Devils He's a pylon with very little foot speed, just what the royals need.

and boland did play for the royals a couple of years ago i think and he did not make much of a difference
