i have to say i dont agree with the rookie of the year choice.when you put a rookie between 2 top scorers getting over 30 points on the season and the rookie gets 8 you obviosly could have put anyone there.He at least should have had around 15 or 20 which would have indicated he was productive.Shute on the other hand had more points in less games not playing with 2 top scorers but playing on different lines all the time partly due to missing players.he also played more physical and was very effective for the flyers.

Congrats Langer on a wonderful job this season. Having Colbourne by your side is a definite bonus.

Even though I'm a staunch Royals fan when I heard that Langer was coaching I said that I'd be surprised if he made it through a full game without being tossed.

Great job Big Guy....now take 'em all the way.

Btw....congrats to all the award winners.
