Franklin MacDonald of the Caribous signed overseas today. Thought he was injured and that's why he wasn't playing?

Sorry my bad on that one....he was out before the playoffs and there was some question about if he was going to be back....my confusion....does this mean he will not be playing now going forward? I would assume he would be released

I can understand not holding him back, but it is a pretty crappy time for him to leave! Especially now with Roach out!

Don` think that he will ,but if he has a chance to move to another league for a few bucks why not .. After all he don`t get paid to play for the bous . Doing it for the fun of the game and wants to play with his friends

If Franklin doesnt play with the BOUS this upcoming weekend against Corner Brook then the Hill to climb to beat the Royals 2 straight in their barn will be HUGE and too much to overcome IMO. I hope I am wrong but Roach and MacDonald out on the Back end and Sweets on front end is too much to lose during the playoffs and then the BOUS are down another man so the remaining D will have to pick up MacDonalds ice time as well and will be too demanding on them and will show especially in the 3rd Period.

Hope MacDonald can make it at least next weekend, besides dont know what other D are playing with injuries.
