Is the two teams finished for the year now?

I’m having a hard time seeing PAB icing a team in the west. We may see a GF, Gander, CB and DL west set up yet. Stay tuned.

Agree. This would only work if west paid their players as well and the western boys like Hynes x 2, Simms, Lindstrom, Mckay played with cb/dl.

If this were to be an actual league, the versions of the Cats and Flyers we would see would certainly be different. The rosters would likely include a few more locals, and a few less players coming from SJ who for the most part were the higher paid guys. I'd welcome any news at this point.

Would be awsome to see royals vs cats game again but couple things obviously would need to be change for it to work otherwise we would have blowout after blowout. Maybe some interlocking play between DL and CB vs gander and gfw. Not sure if port aux basques can do it due to distance.

Come on guys the west paid their players too. Well some of them. Hence why the Red Wings folded in the past year or two whichever season it was. Some were paid and some weren't, which caused turmoil amongst the team and players. You guys think Simms stayed home in years past for free? Think Ryan Penney didn't make anything? I know for a fact Jerm Bishop was compensated for his time with the Royals. I also think they all should be paid something. No matter what league it is. West, central or East. These players give up a lot of free time, most work and or are in school. Just no one needs to be making $500 a weekend or more. That has to stop.

Why not everyteam have a game to game salary cap. Pay 10 players $100 a game and 10 $50 a game. It'll be enough to make it worth their time, while not burning out the bank books. $1500 a game in salaries isn't that much considering the gate, 50/50 draws at the games and the weekly draws. Also sponsorships. It could easliy work if everyone can get together and actually work on it and not fight between teams.

Lol. You’re delusional if you think either Delaney will play for $100. They’d retire from the game they love first.
