Let’s try this again in a fiduciary way!!!
Its some what amusing that a defunct league garners more interest on this site than leagues that are in current operation & playoffs. I believe it is indicative of something but I cant quite put my finger on it!
The current state of Senior Hockey in this province is disgraceful! We were once the envy of the nation with respect to the calibre of hockey played here at the Senior Level. Long gone are the days.

The problem is that it takes work to put a good product on the ice and there are people in influential positions with some teams who aren't willing to do what it takes. HNL needs to tell them that if they want to be considered Senior A and compete for a provincial championship they need to get off their asses.

I misses the Imports, If they had fighting back, Imports & hitting, Some of the arena's who have trouble getting fans, The fans would prob come back if the league has those things back, A province wide league would be awesome but the prob is $$$$$

It is if it’s in Central, but they will say he lives and works here. Which to me should be fine, but it wasn’t fine for Gallant when he was with the Cats he was living and working on the island, but was still considered an import.
