According to the Western Star Ed Kearsey has resigned as head coach of the Western Royals.

Royals seem to be in rough shape... releasing their captain a week before playoffs and now the head coach quit? If the Royals had a chance to win the Herder this year, I think it just all went down the drain. How are the rest of the team supposed to be confident when the entire mood of the team is now negative. Not good!
