Re: Lidstrom Heads West ...
Mariners were clobbered last night by the royals 13-3. It was 7-0 mid way through the first and they slacked off I’m told. Also heard CB had a short bench, no hynes, Gilliard, Guy. DL is there tonight so it will ugly again, especially if DL has a full squad. I’m thinking PAB days are numbered. Will ...

Re: DEAL STRUCK WITH CEEBEES THERE WILL BE HOCKEY
These 2 teams do it right and it’s not their fault they don’t have a game to play. It’s not their fault they don’t have a game to play? Lol seriously? Then who’s fault is it? Please enlighten me, not surprised the first thing you do here is play the victim card and the blame game. Oh the “poor” ol ...

Re: DEAL STRUCK WITH CEEBEES THERE WILL BE HOCKEY
It's time HNL take control of this so called senior league and bring all these teams together to bring senior hockey to the next level in this province, and make the teams travel to play or get out. Another beginning to the end of a good thing. Shame on you HNL. They did just that and forced the EC...

DEAL STRUCK WITH CEEBEES THERE WILL BE HOCKEY
Sources say the ECHL teams and the CBN Ceebee Stars reached a deal late last evening that will see all 6 teams come together in one league. More details to come today but we will have hockey this winter with the season set to get underway Nov 15th.

Re: The cats and flyers
Agree. This would only work if west paid their players as well and the western boys like Hynes x 2, Simms, Lindstrom, Mckay played with cb/dl.

Re: The cats and flyers
I’m having a hard time seeing PAB icing a team in the west. We may see a GF, Gander, CB and DL west set up yet. Stay tuned.

Re: HNL meetings?
HNL is working to enforce all teams to play in a province wide league with the exception of the west coast league who is going to try and run on their own. (Which doesn’t look likely at this point) if that fails you may see corner brook join as well but I doubt it because they would have to spend so...

Re: Flyers & Cats
Hearing out west. If stephenville folds and DL can’t ice a team. The royals will be entertaining the possibility of joining the cats and flyers. Possibly even bous. Would make for a solid 4 team set up.
