Sweetland scored some of the nicest goals I have seen here in Gander. He had a great set of hands. His talent will be missed. Take care Sweets.

I think the coaching is on a par with the first 2 years ... not great. (just to be kind) IMO, they made too many changes. They didn't need to replace the whole team. It needed some tweaking no doubt, but there is a difference in scratching your arse and tearing it all to pieces...and the Flyers tor...

I think so too. I think it's a big loss for the flyers. Your captain and mvp of the team gone. I for one will miss seeing him in the purple and gold, but if he don't want to play here what are u suppose to do.

Has Ivany ever played forward before? I honestly think this guy would be a great third or fourth line forward, big body, solid skater, would be great on the forecheck and in the corners. If he stays back on d that's fine too but why bring in someone from out of town if we have someone here who could...

Don't know if Ivany is coming back or not but I would like to see him moved up to forward. Would be a solid 3rd or fourth line player and a big body on the forecheck. Also would throw him in on the pp the odd time. Let him go to the front of the net and let him cause some havoc there. Just think he ...

Agree with u there rick. Gary shouldn't be the one going. A couple guys on the exec think they are experts. I for one think Gary has done a decent job and would like to thank him.

Maher is the real deal. A great kid too. Will be one of the best players to ever come out of gander.
