Thats what I seen happen today , and all the fans around me , everyone wondered why no penalty was called , perhaps YOU can expian WHY.

Is there any other team that plays hockey (professional or amateur), that can high stick a guy on the opposing team, draw blood and no penalty called other than the GRANDFALLS WINDSOR CATARACTS.
