Secondly, this notion of the west games being played in Corner Brook. If the Cats are in it, you'll never see it at the Pepsi Centre. Despite our smaller stadium, our fans, business community and municipality have supported this team from day one and the team reciprocates by staying here for their home games.
Hey Spiff - when the CeeBees were winning Herders over Deer Lake there was no talk about imports because there were none to talk about - at least none that anyone can remember. Now they dominate the west teams. A lot has changed in the past three years.
I'll assume that was a joke regarding nobody remembering the imports? Sure the Ceebees did win three herders in succession over Deer Lake, however the Wings did have imports playing with them. Did you think they had 20 locals dressed?

Here's a couple names for you - Anton Mikhailov, Ray Dalton, Kyle Spurr, Brian Sutherland, Jeff Furlong, Harold Druken........certainly names any hockey fan would know.

The Ceebees pay their players, it isn't a secret. Scott Brophy averages $100 per faceoff won, K. Delaney averages $500 per point, Dalton averages $100 per shot, and Ryan Delaney averages $100 per piroutette.

If you are looking for answers, look no further than your bench boss. Being loyal to a guy like Chris Crosbie is unfortunate. Having a guy like Greeley on the bench who'd skate circles around Crosbie makes zero sense. Especially on a big ice surface. Crosbie's better days are behind him, no secret, he should know as a hockey player that he should've stayed retired. Sure he'll chip in the odd goal, but so would Justin Beiber on a line with Brophy and Bartlett. There isn't a bigger heart on that bench than Greeley's, but Moores refuses to play him. Brings more energy to that team than any other player.

It is unfortunate that the CeeBees are down 2-0 and have only won 2 games in the last 12 in the Herder. They could easily be up 2-0 after those games this past weekend. You have to suck it up and stop looking for excuses. Support your team, stop whining, and be a hockey fan. Nobody likes sore losers.

i dont think ray dalton is an import and kyle spurr never played with them in them years
