League Creditability

Why is it that teams in the league (Tripen, Maple Leafs & Privateers) had games left in the season that were not played. The answer the league had when asked was that it would not affect the standings......

So I will ask you this..... If a team is unable to make the playoffs, they will not have to continue with their games? Teams like Labrador who knew they were not going to make the playoffs could have saved thousands of dollars and not traveled to the final weekend.

Look at every other sporting league. Would this be acceptable. NOT LIKELY.......

This is unacceptable and very unprofessional for a league at this level or any level.

I agree this league is a joke, Its a great set-up but the wrong people are in charged which in turn means the wrond people are making decision. Teams can't say anything because the Exec has the right to take the franchises away from them and give them to someone else. Its all about control, Jack is the puppet master, and now I heard he is running for president of HNL, Wow!!!!!!

The league is a joke but no where near the joke of the people running it. Its about time that people with agendas other than whats best for the kids move away from hockey and allow it to be run as it should be. You have guys like Gerry Wicks who don't know if a hockey stick is good to eat, and then there's Jack who certainly has a pretty good knowledge of the game but can't make a decision and stick with it for his life.
The parents of these hockey players pay a whole lot of money to try and provide their kids with the best possible level of hockey only to have it destroyed by the very people that are put in positions to protect their interests.
The very least they could have done after everything else was a joke this year would be to allow the kids to play as much hockey as possible without worrying about one team and one team only.

Totally disgraceful.........
