Absolutely not... look at that video on large screen in slow motion. They were going in on the same angle and bussey turned in the last second before the hit. It's unfortunate for both players the outcome of this play.
If the slash against oake that beat him to the ice was whistled down.. that hit would never have happened. Should never have happened.
