The Reid brothers
I was at the two caribou games this weekend and was really impressed with Kevin and Mason. They are only small in stature but man can they play the game. They are two young work horses in the corners. Congrats to the bous for two great pick ups. Great weekend of hockey in bouville.

Agree with all of your comments. Watched them at the jack Byrne all last year. They never take a shift off.
I don't have the time nor patience to do it but, there were numerous people posted last year said they weren't good enough to play in this league. Why the sudden change of heart do you think?

unfortunately these players will not be impact players. just filling roster spots.
I think you do the Reid boys a disservice. Mason Reid was the leading scoring with the Eagles and Kevin Reid was third. Sandwiched between them was Chris Mooney who you will know .
The future of the WCSHL is in players like the Reids . Local boys playing for a team that has a sense of community . Clarenville is absolutely on the right track signing them. I paid money to watch them play last year many times and I'm not looking for my money back . The two of them " bring it" every night .
As for them not being impact players I just respectfully suggest you are in error but don't take my word for it.
You go to a few games and check back here before Christmas. You don't have to be born out of province and fly in on air-miles the night before a game to be an impact player. You have to have skill and work like a dog. That's the Reids!!!

one is better then the other, cant get the names straight. one is a third line player and the other a forth line. They work very hard and go to the tough places. can they replace sullivan russell and Oake? no! at the end of the day they wont be impact players. same skill level as steve oates and thats great but not impact players. thats my opinionHockey Eyes wrote:Here is post from Yellowbeard about the Reids from the first week in October.
