What is the shape of a hockey puck?: triangle

The bous ended the old year off with a lopsided loss of 10 to 3 ,now they have welcomed in the new year with a 9 to 4 loss . not lookin good . some nonperformers on this team this year .. Looks like another trade should take place and build for another year . If there is another year.. Ryder right now is the only one that could save the bous this year , but time is running out

Trade Roach for a couple of sticks and a case of Gatoraid.

Not worth it, those sticks are a couple hundred bucks each. The bous have no D. They don't intimidate, don't clear the front of the net, they cant carry the puck or quarterback the pp and can't make a clean first pass out of their zone. Forwards don't like trying to pick up pucks off the glass all night. They need Lapointe back....IMO

perhaps if your forwards made the effort to come back and break out properly then the d would be able to make a good breakout pass.

the bous play with no structure. to many egos. it shows when you have had 45 goals scored against you in the past 5 games

perhaps, but I think the defense is their weak spot. here's some stats......

75 Goals against - highest in the league
GAA 4.486 - highest in the league
SVPCT 0.871 - last in the league
PP% - 0.111 - last in the league
PK% - 0.800 - 2nd last in the league
+/- (-8) last in the league
........and things don't get much easier for the Bous. After dropping 3 in a row, they play The Cats at the Joe this weekend then they have 4 games against the Flyers and wrap up the year in Corner Brook. Only 2 home games and 6 road games left and will prob start the playoffs on the road. Not many chances left to make money at the gate or in their own rink, might have something to do with the trade of Delaney :-? . I wouldn't be surprised if they try to dump another salary or 2. Still lots of bills to pay before the end of the year.

All that being said, stats don't win championships. Great goal tending and defense does !!!

Will Ryan D be the next move? The way he played Sunday looks like he's frustrated where he's playing... Trading Keith musta been tough on him... Ryan D soon to be royal?

After midnight Jan 10th, players cant change teams as far as I know. The leaque rule says with a minimum of ^ games left so I would assume any trades would have to take place at the latest end of this Sunday games and before midnight Sunday night .
