East teams have always paid players not to the same extent as the West but it has been done and still is.

East teams have recruited players from other teams. Traditionally one team in that league has always been a stacked all star team and the rest have been bottom feeders.

League executive adjust the league rules to benefit there own teams.

I understand that, but you don't wish for one league to fold so another league can prosper. That's ridiculous. That's like me wishing the NHL would go on strike again so the AHL would gain more talent.
