Flyers Announce Goalie Changes :

The Kelly Ford Gander Flyers would like to announce the following roster change.
Goaltender Marc Terriault has been recalled to the active roster of the Saint Mary’s Huskies and will, unfortunately, be ineligible to play in the CWSHL for the remainder of the season.
The Flyers organization would like to thank Marc for his contribution to the team this season and wish him the very best in his future endeavours.
As a replacement goaltender, the Flyers have been allowed to sign Doug Pippy. Last season Doug was the backup goaltender for the Herder Champion Ceebees. Prior to joining the Ceebees he was a member Southern Shore Breakers and helped the team capture an AESHL title in 2015. In his junior career, he was a member of the Avalon Jr. Capitals of the SJJHL and he won that league’s top goaltending award and unsung hero award in 2014.
In the spirit of hockey and cooperativeness, both teams and league have allowed this replacement goalie option to be available. The Flyers organization would like to extend thanks to all involved and welcome Doug to the Purple and Gold.
