using allan cup to persuade players to go to clarenville
Well said, until they are beaten, they are the best team in Newfoundland. (Quote)
They proved last year what they were made of. But this year is a different story. They may have been the best team in NL last year, and that is debatable, but they aren't currently. And when they go to the big show, which I hope they do very well, they will not have the best players available to them that the island has to offer. Again I congratulate the Wings ib being chosen as teh affiliate. But having said that I hopee the Bous have chosen wisely and that when the time comes to go they choose wisely from their affiliate. It will be the key to how far they go in the tourney. I'll be cheering them on in the Allan Cup but till then, not a chance!!!!

How exactly is that "debatable"? They won the provincial championship. Convincingly.Zekie wrote: They proved last year what they were made of. But this year is a different story. They may have been the best team in NL last year, and that is debatable,
