Your team played very well and deserved everything they got no doubt in my mind. But dont think for a second that the Cats they will face in the finals will be the same team as they played in the regular season!! If you think that, then you are sorely mistaken IMO!!
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOO CATS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!
That is true , it will be a different Cats team also if the Bous do make it that far (they have a big hurdle to overcome first if they can ) they will be a different team than the one that played the Cats in the final 4 games
And in saying that i will be cheering on the winner of the West over the East

Well like most I think that it is a forgone conclusion that both the Cats and Bous will win their respective series. Deer Lake just cannot skate with the Cats, that was very evident in the 1st two games. I think the Royals will win one at home, but that will be it as the Bous have a much stronger line-up when you consider all positions. I've already stated on here and I still believe that this Final series between the Cats and the Bous will be a CLASSIC!!!!

Exactly and that is why I feel their is so much animosity between bous and cats fans because we know these teams are evenly matched and the series could go either way if they meet each other.

agreed 100% their each others biggest adversary on ice so their is friction between the fans off ice. if they meet in the finals the calibre of hockey should be a treat to watch.

That forgone conclusion you mention may or may not be right, assuming it is, how many star players will be missing due to injury. Hopefully none, but we all know how things have a tendency to get nasty when it heats up.We've seen star players targeted before and we've witnessed some leave the game and not return. It could come down to the team with the most depth may have the advantage. Just a thought.
