that just goes to prove that you shouldn't talk about things you have NO IDEA ABOUT..letsgoceebees wrote:Relax boys. Just find it funny that the fans were so confident that they had it all wrapped up, that they went and bough game 7 tickets, when game 6 was not yet played. Maybe bous will have better luck at Allan Cup, thats if they take at least half of the cee bees team with them.
I heard that bous fans were so confident in their team that they booked up the delta for the herder. One person made comment that we are booking delta because we always win. Guess it backfired.
In clarenville.. we have approx 1100 season pas holders.. and JUST AS IN PREVIOUS YEARS, these season pass holders get first crack at playoff tickets... and in an instance such as a game 5, 6 and 7, where this year game 5 was in clarenville, game 6 in deer lake and if needed game 7 was back in clarenville... when tickets went on sale for season pass holders, BOTH GAMES went on sale.. due to the fact season pass holders only had a limited amount of time to purchase their seated tickets before whatever was left went back into the pool for the general public to purchase..
Noww... imagine the complete CHAOS if the CLARENVILLE EVENTS CENTER didn't do it this way???... you'd give season pass holders sunday morning what?.. 2 hours for 1100 people to purchase their tickets?.. and then put whatever was left on sale for the public?.. I duno bout you there smarty pants, but I sure as h3ll wouldn't wanna be in that box office dealin with that high volumn of people in a short period of time... pretty sure it would be impossible actually...
Sooooooooooooo. They sell game 7 tickets the same time as game 5 for the convience of the fans... and if game 7 isn't necessary, simply offer a refund of the ticket...
sounds like a good situtiton for the fans if you ask me...
