LMAO... why should the other person no longer be allowed in the stadium??? There is a big difference here between THROWING and object and say arguing back and forth. This person deserved the punishment. If we left it up to you we would all be mobed by Cats fans throwing stuff at everyone because they couldn't control their temper. There is no place for throwing objects or assult here... whether it's Grand Falls, Clarenville or anywhere for that matter.
If you were out on the street and intentially threw an object at someone, hit and hurt them you would be charged with assult wouldn't you? What makes it any different because if was in the stadium. And what reason would they have to believe she wouldn't do it again? I say Bar her and good riddence!!!

With all due respect Mr. Glass Im entitled to my opinion. And my opinion is I don't care if she threw a candy bar wrapper, a teabag or a tissue she should be banned for her actions period. Where do you draw the line when it comes to throwing objects
Its just plain WRONG! She 100% got what she deserved, I hope it's a lesson learned.

Most Cats fans (and WCSHL fans) go to watch an entertaining game. Little tilt here and there. Good good goal, good hit, nice save, EXECELLENT FRIES, and a cold beverage.
There are some fans in all centers who take this game way to serious.
Enjoy what you have. It may not be around for long.
How can you say that it was only an empty water bottle, the lady intentionally threw it at another person. The next time it may be the air horn, take out a persons eye....will that be ok because she is a passionate hockey fan. We are all responsible for our actions and as such, we must be ready to accept the consequences.

Take offence to what? I too enjoy an entetaining game, etc. etc. as you described.... One thing I wouldn't enjoy would be some idiot fan throwing stuff at me, even if it's some old lady with an empty water bottle.
I can't for the life of me understand how anyone could see this as acceptable or even miniscule at best.

I agree that its not acceptable. However, there have been other, more serious incidents (Id guess in all rinks) that I dont think there was any punishment handed out. Frankly, I find it ironic that Catch22 would be so vocal on this topic - I wonder did he feel the same way last year when SOME Bou fans were throwing things at Cats players. I cant recall what he said on that topic except laying the blame squarely on Cats players. HMMMMMMMMMMMM Surprise Surprise!!! Not empty water bottles, but empty and partially full CANS!!
And where were you when this happened last weekend? Thats what Behind the Glass asked you. Well I guess THAT doesnt matter - YOU were in the beer garden half of the game Saturday in an area where you COULD NOT see the game, but that didnt stop you from being a foremost authority on that either.
LOLOLOLOLOL!!
Now go ahead and tell me that I sound like Herb Brooks again (such intelligent humour)
So intelligent it reminds me of my 3-year old who keeps telling the same joke over and over.
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO CATS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

first off i know this lady very well and the bous fan must of really pi$$ed her off for her to do something like this out at the cec this lady had trouble with the same person she went to security and NOTHING was done the youg lady was throwing insults her way for both games then she comes back to the joe and starts at her again throwing insults at her at the end of sundays game there were things said back and forth to each other and the water bottle was thrown in my opinion if the cats fan was kicked out so should the cville fan thats what would be fair and right thats all ihave to say on the topic
go cats go
I have to agree that it is probally what she deserved for some act, but how much of this goes on that does not be punished? i mean seriously. I have witness much worse things at the Joe and at other arenas as well where there was no need of a lot of things. I know this women pretty well and im pretty certain that she cant throw as far as she can walk two steps. Im sorry but if this was anyone else whom the bottle "skimmed" other than Bous gf/wife/ bimbo what ever nothing would have ever been done nor if it was on the other side of the stadium. I guess Robo cop pete had to live up for handing off peirceys stick and live up to his superiors in some way. Mark my words this lady will be at the CEC tomorrow night, and she will be all go. Not for a fight or anything, but to cheer on her team to the Herder as she has done all season and will in the future as long as she is able. Everyone over reacts and its a matter of timing. I do beleive however that there are 2 sided to every story and there should be 2 punishments and that this other women, the bous chick, should grow a set and some respect while shes at it too.

Now what part of this are you unable to understand why I find this offensive and i will gladly try to elaborate for you.
