Maybe if the east supported the league that way you would get some money and throw it out to.....Oh wait the teams out there already do.
im just stating the facts blast97....and they are the facts!!
So if you are stating the facts, as you say you are. Then you can tell us all what it cost each team to operate this year then.
P.S You stated your opinion in many other topic, so do you after to do this every day in every topic, it's getting old. We all know how you feel , so no need to keep saying it, every day.
Don't forget to get back to us on what the total cost is for running each team, there is alot of people here that would love to know.

Yeah I agree with you, and I feel bad for the teams in the east that don't get near the support that the teams in the west get so they can afford to compete. Says alot about the fans and not as much about the teams.

The Stars get all kinds of support and could easily compete and even win the west and the Herder IF the same rules applied to both leagues. It has to do with MONEY and how the leagues are organized and distribute their funds, NOT FAN SUPPORT!!!!! The Stars have a bunch of sponsers, have excellent volunteers, great community realtions and fan support second to none in the province. But the rules are different for both leagues. I listen to most of the crap that goes on here and face it. its not your locals and by that i mean NLers, that make a difference, its your imports and the amount of money you throw around. Yes, it makes for better hockey and good, I'm glad. But don't accuse the east with not supporting its teams, especially the CEE BEES. If we could keep our money the way you guys do well the Delaney's and Wadden would still be there. Add Tobin to the mix and a couple of more guys to fill out a strong third line and thats a strong team. Fact is we can't afford it due to diffrent rules. We've accepted that so stop saying we don't support our teams. Its a well known fact that it was west teams that shut down a proposal for a provincial league. I wonder why. maybe be3cause a lot of the players would stay east IF the same money was paid. I think so. we are doing quite well with what we have and have won our share of Herders. A bounce or two here or there and we would be back in Clarenville this weekend.

cat5s and Bous may have been more entertaining, but ceebee fans were more civil and great fans. depends on if you like fights or hockey. saturdays game was the best i've seen all winter. no matter who won that game it was good hockey..
