Rumors is HNL will want the Cats & Flyers to Join the East Division or East League & not to pay players & have just one big division

So why would players bother to travel to central on the weekends? If no compensation is allowed they might as well be telling GFW and Gander to get lost. Vast majority of players live on the east coast.

What in the "Sam Hill" are you talking about??? This makes even less sense than usual. What "leagues" are you talking about? It's ok for me to say I wanted the "leagues" to fold? Where did I say that?? I didn't. I said if a rule is brought in disallowing any player compensation it would be the same as shutting down senior hockey in central. That is nothing even close to what you said. I hope this helps.

No more paid players.... Anywhere 😉

Cash under the table and deny, deny, deny.... Just like some other teams.

I know hockey eyes they backed out of the central west league but they could not get in to hockey on the east coast no matter what you called the league they tried everything as we know . Its mind boggling as to why any team in nfld would be shunned after 50 or so years playing each other. The cee bees flyers cats buchans and the st. johns caps. they filled arenas every weekend .Now their is no fans anywhere maybe 500 at the rinks even in playoffs. This is not helping hockey in nfld but putting it farther behind. We need a new generation of people on exec for the future if hockey has a place in nfld.
