Good talk in central that the Cats (and Flyers) are looking to the upcoming Draft, set for Dec.16th, to add a number of newly interested players to join with the nucleus of both central teams for the 2019-2020 Season...
GFW CATS
Both teams have at least 14-15 of last year's squads who have indicated they want to play again this Season. For GFW the word is that there are favourites , AJ Whiffen and Jason Stone, Kyle McGuirk, Michael Cole, Danny Wicks, David Byrne, and maybe even Andre Gill and Mike Brent( who when the Herder finished a few months ago, had indicated maybe they might retire.
Also, the organization is apparently working on Rodi Short coming back for another year...There are also Alex Dalley, rookie from last year, Shawn Loveridge, veteran Sam Hounsell, Nicklas Lindstrom, Scott Cantwell. The organization is also apparently working on Rodi Short to return... There might even be some territorial picks of high quality to be added , apart from those filing in the Draft?
GANDER FLYERS
And, Gander still has a good returning core, (minus Jordan Escott and apparently Brandon Hynes). All Star goalie Evan Mosher is still in the mix, along with Andrew Ryan, Mitch Oake, Thomas Hedges, Jonathon Coffey, Paul Hutchings, Josh Day, Lucas McKay, Nick Fitzgerald ,Ryan Delaney, Josh Fitzgerald, Graham Oldford , Stephen Best and Mark Burton...
The talk also is that the new Season will begin right after the New Year ... and, there maybe at least one , maybe two, teams available for competition, to really give a full throttle of games for the League??

Don’t see why he would want to play in a two team “league”.

From what I seen last weekend, you better hope you get the players from the central league.

Yeah because the quality of the central west league will be so great when you have the same two teams playing each other 15 times and with the players that left the league so far.

 Anything to crap on the league out here, hey?

What bad things do you have to say about the Growlers and ECHL because we all know that the two team Central West League is better than that hockey too, right?
