Just popped by the 2010 Allan Cup site. They have updated the information on broadcasts:

"There will be a number of ways to take in the 2010 Allan Cup if you can't make it to Fort St. John. First off all the games will be broadcast live on 100.1 Moose FM in Fort St. John and they will also be providing a live audio stream of each game on the 2010 Allan Cup Website.

We are also working with FastHockey.com to produce live video of each game. We will announce more details about this partnership shortly before the event.

Plus the Allan Cup final will be available live across the country on TSN2 starting at 2pm (PST).

Keep watching this page for more details on how you can take in the 2010 Allan Cup."

I've used fast hockey.com before, the streams are absolutely fantastic. However, its a bit on the pricey side as you have to register and then each game costs $6.99. Hopefully they'll bring the cost down a bit from that, maybe have a full tournament pass for $14.99 or something.
