Congratulations go out to the St. John's Pennecon Privateers and their coaching staff for capturing the 2011 Kick-Off Tournament in Gander a couple of weeks ago. Granted, it was a pre-season tournament and won't mean anything at the end of the season, but some good hockey was played to kick off the season, and we look for a great year from all 5 teams.
