HNL Under 16 wins gold at ACC

For only the fourth time in the provinces history a team from this province won a gold medal at the 2011 Atlantic Challenge Cup. Team NL beat Team PEI 4-2. A lot of the players are coming from the major midget league with the majority of players coming from the leafs and privateers and the ice pak and kings with a player each. Some of the players were Clark bishop,Nathan yetman and Liam hynes. head coach of of the team was leafs head coach Darren halloran and assistant was former ice pak coach rob canning. This team was stacked with talent and finally came through with a gold medal. You boys did us proud.
