Cats remaining games and schedule

Finally confirmed that we will be playing P.A.B at their rink on Sat & Sun (Feb. 4, 5). If we win both games in regulation then we will have to play Stephenville the following Friday ( Feb. 10) with the playoffs starting Feb. 11 & 12... Not s good scenario and the game between us and the Jets should be played this Friday on Feb. 3rd but the Jets Brass said they don't have enough time from now till Friday to get their team together... We wanted to play this Friday and get it over with but it's out of our control now....

I agree with you here ! It would be betterr to play it this friday then next just to the simple fact that the playoffs start the next day which is not good for the teams.
It dont sound good for the jets if today is tuesday and they dont have enough time to put a team in place for friday! What did all the players bail out on them or what?

we all know that there is more going on behind the decision for the Jets to not play this weekend, lol... I do agree that if you are already guaranteed to be in 4th place regardless of the outcome of a rescheduled game, why incur the expenses for one more game...? Doesn't make financial sence... It does however give a disadvantage to players that are in the running for league awards to miss another game.
