Clarenville is AAA, but there's rumored to be a team from PEI also trying to gain AAA status. It's a wait and see right now.

I have no idea, but I noticed on the Allan Cup twitter that Clarenville care officially going to the 2013 Allan Cup.

Yes. That was my tweet. Got word today that Newfoundland is going but apparently the team won't be officially announced until Sept 14
