Wondering when or if the Caribous are going to pull the trigger on a trade or a new import signing? The CeeBees and the Cats are gearing up for their run for the Herder. Can't see McPhee or Russell standing pat!

They have been trying, just getting out bid and as for the trades, well a couple wants to come here and even asked for a trade...one guy isn't refused to play and team refuses to trade him. The good thing is, what goes around, comes around.
IMO, Another strong D man is needed. Other than that we have a good team that I don't think we should mess with. There are players who can step it up some more, but the Coaching will look after that. This weekend will be a huge test. We will need everyone at their best.

I personally don't think you will see a big import D go to cville....it's just my feeling that with the make-up of this team they are gonna go after another stud forward...as long as Churchill is in the net and you can keep the visiting team to 3-4 goals....you can rest assure no other team in the league has the 1-2 firepower that the Caribous have...they can score 5-6 a game at will...As much as hulit can bring to the table in CBN...i still don't think it will be enough. Mark Yetman couldn't do anything with the same line-up last year, having better defence (IMO) in front of him....i still think it will be a Cats/Bous Herder Final

I agree, the bous will liking bring in another sniper, thats how they play "run and gun". But IMO chrchill has lost it a bit. Look at a few of his last games. gave up 6 to cbn, 7 to flyers.

the blades had Lauzon pegged as their second import with cornacchia. He wasn't available for all games, but was available. Immediate impact on any team. too bad the Cats didnt' jump on him, him and Pearcey were arguably the best 1-2 combo the old west league ever saw.ryderhabs wrote:I know it's a dream but the bous should contact lauzon...I know his situation with a new kid and all but try everything to get him back...lauzon with this current bous team would be sick.
