Pretty simple question here, with the players the cee bees have why are they struggling so bad?

Buddy buddy system doesn't work!!

i dont think its the buddy buddy system as such. Alot of teams use this so they can bring players in. I am not sure what the average age is, but maybe they are a little older of a team then some others (not sure the average age of other teams), and they have to start a buddy buddy system with some of the younger guys around and playing away, so that the legs are still there in the 3rd period. The experience and leadership is there with both players and coaches, i think they had a rough start to the season, and have no confidence in themselves.
