Well the big news is that after going 20-3-1 during the regular season the Cats are on the verge of elimination.
Gotta give it to the Ceebees as it looks like they have a team built for playoffs coming up with 3 big OT wins.
It's not over yet but starting to look like a Caribous/Ceebees Herder Final

Now the Cats have to look at if they made the right choice .. They traded Earle away and let Gallager go , Earle by the way i think was the best player that the Royals had this weekend excepe for Gilles .... Quinn gone for the weekend games , working someone said .. perhaps some one should have looked into this before they let gallager go ... Now there is still 3 games left and the Cats can still take this but they have a battle on their hands

Hindsight may very well be twenty twenty on choices but I can't blame Quinn for not blowing off working with the special Olympics to play senior hockey. Up hill battle for sure. I'll be there cheering my team for the remainder of this season and seasons to come.

This is a weekend he had to miss same as every year. Hardly fair to give a guy walking papers cause he's gonna miss a weekend of playoff hockey. It's too bad but one of those things

It's not over yet b'ys, the Cats are not dead yet, teams have come back from 3-1 deficits before. Back in 1996, CBN had the Southern Shore down 3 games to 1, then Andy Sullivan came back and the Shore took 3 straight to win the series.
We don't want a repeat of that in CeeBee land, keep 'er goin' b'ys!!!

With the talent the Cats have on their team not taking anything from Cee Bees lookout for a totally diffrent team come Friday. The Purr will be very loud and roaring knowing you are on the brink of elimination.

Yetman could have gotten the first, second and third stars today. Some people including myself were scratching their heads when Lavigne was released and Yetman was signed. But Yetman has proven himself to be the best goalie we've ever had and they were then able to go out and get Theriault. Great move!!
