First off all i think they should of passed out the herder tonight, and give peoplr their refund for game 5.
Second i think nothing any better is to be expected from hoffe, his last game of the year, and he has to pick a fight and get kicked out and take someone with him, he has nothing to loose cause he's finished tonite, and he don't care about taking some else with him, but then again that's him at his best.
And finnaly the cats players (most of them except for 1 or 2 ) are more classy than their fans,

I guess you can't find anything else to ease the pain. Hoffe has been very ordinary through the play-offs, as far as questionable play is concerned. I think most would agree. No head shots like Victor. Oake engaged him, Hoffe threw him to the ice, quickly jumped up and skated away with his gloves still on. Derrosiers, on the other hand dropped the gloves and started throwing punches and Hounsell gets an extra 2 without removing the gloves. Then there was the 6 men on the ice for the Bous for about 20 seconds and the Cats get a penalty. Your team got a break from the Refs, as far as I'm concerned.

The thing that surprised me most last night was the behaviour of Desrosiers when he fought with Hounsell. I don't care how the ref called it, Desrosiers dropped his gloves and punched Hounsell a number of times in the head. By any definition, that's a fight and if it had been called as such he would have received an automatic suspension. What surprises me is that he would behave that way and risk being suspended. It appears as though he'd prefer not to play tonight. If so then he quit on his team..........simple as that.

not calling that was a huge mistake . dropping the gloves , throwing punches and no fighting major . if you don't call on one , you can't call it on the other . same thing happened in gf . could have been a messy situation

not really there Rick , the team can take that honor.. Most goals scored was not Church`s fault.. Cats were flying and Bous were out there to watch the show

Cannon with great respect , I dont think thats a fair comment .


I honestly thought they played a good game against a far more effective team that played a flawless game .
